I’ve been photographing baby Truely since she was a newborn. Watching her grow, learn, and blossom into this hilarious little person has been such a privilege.
The first time I photographed Truely she was 6 weeks old and such a roly poly little thing. I remember thinking I had lucked out because she had the best cheeks I had ever seen!
During her 3 month session, she fell asleep! She was the first milestone session baby that allowed me to pose them asleep! I was ecstatic!
I remember Truely barely learning to sit during her 6 month session. Her mama had to stay super close so she wouldn’t topple over!
I did get to see her again during my annual Christmas event at my Clovis, ca studio. She was sitting much better during this session!
9 month old Truely started to get a bit serious during her session! She always brought her hands to her heart and titled her head, as if she was taking the whole experience in.
Her final session was a strawberry themed cake smash! The cake from Frosted Cakery was delicious, but Truely didn’t care. She only wanted the strawberries!
After her cake smash she was a mess, so I pulled out my little baby bath. Mom got to clean her up a bit while I snapped a few photographs.
Of course we captured a non-birthday themed setup. Miss Truely, I’ll miss you coming to see me every 3 months. I’ll miss your serious stares, your little hands as you put them to your heart, and I’ll especially miss visiting a bit with your mama. Happy Birthday sweet girl!
