This session was a beautiful mix of earthy tones, and creamy whites. I’m noticing how my work is evolving to this eclectic style of posed and unposed.
If you’re wondering what “unposed” is, the photograph below will give you an idea. It’s a style that I termed “baby led” years ago and still try to incorporate to this day. I simply curl baby up and let them get comfortable all on their own. I guess you can say it’s posing with a relaxed feel.
I love that my Clovis, Ca studio can accommodate multiple styles into one session, bringing the mothers vision to life while satisfying the vision of baby’s father. This way everyone is happy!
I also captured this beautiful portrait of mother and baby. I love this pose so much. It flatters the new mamas, and put’s baby right near mom’s heart so baby falls into a deep sleep.
